If for any reason you're not delighted with your jewelry, you have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to request a return or exchange.

📦 HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN
1️⃣ Contact Us First
Send us a return request at keshgemstone@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your item.
Please include your order number, item name, and reason for return.
2️⃣ Approval & Return Instructions
Once approved, you’ll receive detailed return instructions and the address of our USA warehouse or India studio, depending on your location.
3️⃣ Secure Packaging
Repack the item in its original Kesh Gemstone jewelry box, including all certificates, tags, and paperwork. The return must be fully protected and insured by the customer.
4️⃣ Refund or Exchange Issued
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund or exchange will be processed within 3–5 business days.

🔸 We do not accept returns on custom-made pieces, including personalized sizes, engravings, or bespoke designs — these are crafted exclusively for you.
🔸 Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the buyer, unless the return is due to our error.
🔸 All items must be returned in their original, unused condition and must include IGL&I certificate and branded packaging.
🔸 In case of damage during transit, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos.
