Frequently Asked Questions
Can I change my shipping address after placing the order?
Yes, provided the item hasn’t shipped. Contact support with your order number and the correct address. For security, we cannot reroute parcels that are already in transit.
What if my package is delayed by customs?
Customs inspections are routine. We monitor every parcel and will gladly liaise with the carrier should additional documentation be required. Delays rarely exceed 48 hours.
Do you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?
DHL, FedEx and UPS do not deliver to PO Boxes. If you have only a PO Box, select India Post EMS at checkout. For APO/FPO military addresses, choose the appropriate option and allow extra transit time.
