That’s why we offer a complimentary warranty on all our products, protecting your jewelry against unexpected manufacturing defects.
📄 WARRANTY COVERAGE
Your warranty includes protection against:
✔️ Manufacturing defects in metal structure
✔️ Loose prongs or faulty setting workmanship
✔️ Defective clasps or closures
✔️ Lost accent stones due to craftsmanship fault (within the first 30 days)
✔️ Premature tarnishing (not caused by chemical exposure)
Each piece is handcrafted and quality-checked, but in rare cases where a fault is found, we’re here to fix it.
📅 WARRANTY PERIOD
Our warranty coverage lasts for:
🔸 6 months from the date of delivery for all items
🔸 1 year on select items purchased with solid 14K gold (custom orders)
📍 Warranty begins on the day your order is delivered, based on courier tracking data.
📦 WHAT’S NOT COVERED
Please note, our warranty does not cover the following:
❌ Damage caused by misuse, accidental drops, or impact
❌ Tarnishing caused by exposure to water, sweat, chemicals, perfumes, or improper storage
❌ Loss of center stones due to mishandling or force
❌ Any item that has been altered or repaired by a third-party jeweler
❌ Normal wear and tear or fading of gold finish over time
❌ Custom-sized or engraved jewelry (unless faulty upon delivery)
🔁 WHAT TO DO IF THERE’S A PROBLEM
If you believe your item has a warranty-eligible issue:
1️⃣ Contact us immediately via email or WhatsApp
2️⃣ Include your order number and clear photos/video of the issue
3️⃣ Our team will review and respond within 1–2 business days
If eligible, we’ll guide you through:
🔹 Free repair at our studio
🔹 Possible replacement
🔹 In select cases, partial refund or store credit
Return shipping (to India) may be required and is generally the customer’s responsibility unless agreed otherwise.
🧾 REQUIRED FOR WARRANTY CLAIM
To process a warranty request, please make sure you:
✔️ Still have the original IGL&I certificate
✔️ Return the item in its original packaging
✔️ Provide proof of purchase (order ID or invoice)
🔧 OPTIONAL POST-WARRANTY REPAIRS
Even after your warranty ends, we’re happy to assist with:
• Ring resizing
• Prong tightening
• Polish and cleaning
• Replacements of small stones
• Replating silver or gold finish
These services are available at a reasonable cost — just message us for a quote.

Q: Do I need to register my jewelry to activate the warranty?
✅ No registration needed. Your warranty is automatically applied from the delivery date.
Q: Will the warranty cover damage if I dropped or bent the ring?
❌ Physical or accidental damage is not covered. However, we can still offer affordable repair solutions.
Q: Do I need to ship the item back to India for warranty repair?
📦 Yes, repairs are processed at our Delhi studio. Return shipping is usually paid by the customer, but we assist with easy instructions and offer free return repair shipping for select cases.
Q: Can I take it to my local jeweler instead?
If third-party repair is done without our approval, the warranty becomes void. Please consult us first.
Q: Do you provide lifetime maintenance?
We do not offer a formal lifetime warranty, but you are always welcome to return your jewelry for servicing, polishing, or tightening at fair prices, even years later.
